Daily Training logs are very important and needs to be taken serious. Writing down your fitness past, present, and future puts you in a position to repeat successes,and build on them, also you can find out what hasn’t worked then avoid those paths. It also helps you plan and maintain your focus. Which in the end can help to make your workouts more intentional. Also, keep Notes of Goals as well, this together will make for better results and success. The workout plan should, first and foremost, have every single exercise written down. Don’t forget reps, sets, tempos, rest breaks, and weights or equipment settings.

FACT: You know your log is detailed enough when you can recreate the workout a year down the line without missing or forgetting something.
